We bill for work, not for outcomes. There is no performance fee, no profit share and no arrangement where our income depends on your positions — those structures create incentives that hurt clients and, in most forms, require registrations we do not hold.
Fixed-scope project
Best when the deliverable is clear: build this strategy, validate this backtest, write this connector, migrate this system to the cloud. We quote after the specification gate so the number is real. Typical smaller projects start in the low tens of thousands of rupees; larger multi-strategy platforms are quoted individually. Payment is milestone-based.
Monthly retainer
Best for continuous work: iterating on a live book, running the infrastructure, being on call for market-hours incidents. A fixed block of engineering hours each month, rolled into a shared backlog you prioritise. Cancellable with 30 days' notice, no exit fee.
Audit and second opinion
A time-boxed review of something that already exists — your code, your backtest, or a vendor's algorithm you are considering. You get a written findings document: what is sound, what is broken, what is unverifiable, and what we would fix first. Deliberately priced so that it is cheaper than discovering the same facts with real money.
Code shop
Ready-made connectors, harnesses and reference strategies with full source, sold at a flat price per developer licence. See the code shop.
What is always included

What is never included
Return projections, profitability assurances, trade recommendations, account handling or anything that requires an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or broking registration. If a scope drifts towards those, we stop and say so.
