What we collect

  • Enquiry forms: the name, email, phone number and message you submit, plus the page you submitted from, your IP address and browser string.
  • Orders: name, email, phone, order details and the payment reference you supply. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Analytics: we run our own first-party analytics on this server. It records the pages you visit, time spent, scroll depth, referrer, device type, browser, operating system and clicks on marked buttons. IP addresses are truncated before storage by default. No third-party advertising or tracking network is used, and your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies are used for analytics: a visitor identifier lasting one year and a session identifier lasting thirty minutes. Both are random values; neither contains personal information. A session cookie also supports form security tokens. No advertising cookies are set.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, deliver purchased files, provide support, keep the site secure, and understand which content is useful.

Retention

Enquiries and orders are retained for as long as needed for the engagement and for statutory records afterwards. Raw analytics rows are retained for the period configured in the admin panel (twelve months by default) and then deleted.

Your rights

Write to the email on our contact page to request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. We respond within thirty days. You may opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser if the site is configured to honour it, or by blocking the analytics script.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, database access uses prepared statements, and admin sessions are protected with CSRF tokens and rate-limited logins. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send us broker passwords, API secrets or OTPs.

Confidential material

Strategy documents, code and trading data you share during an engagement are treated as confidential, stored separately from this website, and covered by an NDA on request.
