Digital products (code shop)
Because source code is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued. Before buying, read the product page carefully and ask us anything you need to — we answer pre-sales questions on WhatsApp and email.
We will refund in full when: the download link was never issued; the file delivered is not the product described; or the product has a defect we cannot fix within seven working days of you reporting it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.
We do not refund because a strategy did not make money. Sample strategies are teaching and development material, sold with no performance claim of any kind.
Consulting engagements
Milestone payments cover work already completed and are not refundable once that milestone is delivered. If you cancel mid-milestone, we invoice the hours spent and refund the balance of any advance. If we cancel or cannot deliver, you receive the completed work plus a full refund of any amount paid for undelivered work.
Retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and cancellable with thirty days' notice. Unused hours do not carry forward beyond one month and are not refunded in cash.
How to request
Email us with your order number or invoice reference and the reason. We acknowledge within two working days.
